Modest Monday and a Link Up!
Sean and I had an amazing opportunity to get away for the weekend and learn more about essential oils with Young Living, and it made us fall in love with the products even more. The story behind the seed to seal process and how extremely careful they are with the farms they have are absolutely astounding! It makes me even more excited to be using these products with my family!
Friday night there was a Gala dinner, so we (ok, I!) had fun getting all dressed up.
I ordered my dress off of Amazon and thought it was a great deal for a nice dress! The lace is sheer, so I wore a nude halftee tank underneath at the lovely suggestions of some ladies from Instagram. I love being able to hop on stories there and ask for ideas!
What I Wore
Dress – Formal Lace Evening Dress
Shoes – Boots I found at Ross
Makeup – Savvy Minerals
Link Up Time!

You look lovely… and not at all like you have birthed half as many children as you have!! What a blessing to have that special time together as a couple, even if it was kind of for work 😉
You are so sweet. 🙂
That’s a stunning color on you. I bet it was fun to wear with that swooshy skirt too! 🙂
What’s the difference between seeing the nude color of the halftee under the dress versus seeing the nude color of skin? Is a nude halftee more modest?
Thanks!
The difference is you are not seeing cleavage and bra straps. 🙂
What a gorgeous dress for a gorgeous lady!
Also, what a great solution to the sheer lace.
Thank you!!
Lovely. And you can wear for church too. Think Christmas and even Easter. I would wear any Sunday tho.
