It was date night for Sean and I on Thursday night, and this is the outfit I wore! We celebrated our 12 year anniversary that night and had a lovely evening out. I had not been in Barnes and Noble in years, so after dinner I asked if we could go there and just browse through the store for awhile. It was fun! I signed up for an educators card they offer (homeschoolers qualify!) and saved 20% off because I was buying something from the children’s section (birthday gift!).
Some of you might think I just pull outfits out of my closet and instantly put them together. I have to think through outfits, they don’t just come to me. This outfit was based on some Pinterest inspiration! The ¾ length cardigan was perfect to wear on a rainy chilly night. It is one of the 4 new colors available at Deborah & Co. The shoes look more red in this picture then they really are…
I was happy to be getting out of the house! We love having date nights and feel they are really strengthening to our marriage.
I love these flats that I found on ThredUP!
I used an X-Small dangle flexi clip from Lilla Rose to pull my hair back.
I found a keeper! 🙂 A childhood dream was to marry a man taller than I was. I love our height difference. Honestly, almost all my little silly dreams I had came true with Sean. 🙂
What I Wore
Maxi – Maternity skirt from ThredUP (Liz Lange brand)
Blue Tank – Kohls
Cardigan – ¾ length sleeve Cardigan from Deborah & Co.
Scarf – I think it came from ThredUP but I can’t remember for sure!
Shoes – ThredUP
Earrings – Mialisa brand
Flexi Clip – Lilla Rose X-Small
Makeup – L’BRI Pure and Natural
(I tried something different and put my lipstick on and then a similar color lip gloss on over it. I liked the results).
