Modest Monday and a Link Up!
My oldest daughter is getting so big! It’s hard to believe that she is 8 now, and I know I’ll just blink and she will be 12, and then 16. She loves modest fashion and it’s fun to go out shopping with her, even if we do have very different tastes. 🙂 She was singing in the children’s choir at our church, which is why she was wearing the white top and black skirt (all the children match in outfits like this when they sing).
I haven’t been shopping on the ThredUP website as often lately, but I did get this striped top on there and love it!
Soft pink lipsticks do not look good on me! I’ve learned that a brighter color works best for me, but it doesn’t have to be a bright red.
What I Wore
Skirt – On clearance at Walmart of all places!
Top – ThredUPÂ Â (Gently used clothing)

Link Up Time!
Please feel free to share posts about anything concerning being a godly, feminine woman. Topics include: modesty, being a wife, mother, homeschooler, homemaker, cooking, sewing, etc.

Thanks for the link-up. Have a blessed week.
I love your outfit, Caroline! I like stripes and I like the pop of pink the sweater adds.
And your daughter looks adorable, too. The headband is super fun!
Both of you look lovely! Thank you so much for hosting your linkup!
Thank you for hosting the linkup. I love modest clothing.
Caroline,
What a beautiful young lady your daughter is! It’s wonderful that she has an appreciation for modesty at such an early age. I have a granddaughter who just turned 12 (she also loves to sing) and you’re right … it seems like just the other day she was a toddler singing silly songs with me!
Thanks for hosting and have a blessed week!
Thank you! I’ve been blessed in that she has been aware of the modesty issue from a young age!
