Modest Monday and a Link Up!
Happy Monday! It feels good to get back to the Modest Monday posting! I’m still trying to figure out what I’ll do next month as we will be traveling to three different homeschool conventions three weeks in a row. I might just have to schedule the posts without pictures, so this is your warning if that happens!
Sometimes I just randomly say to the children “Guess what? we are having a baby!”
That might sound silly, but I’m just getting so excited now that the morning sickness is pretty much gone. I’m four months along, and if life continues to stay crazy busy then August will be here before I know it!
I know I’m large for 4 months. Between this being baby #7 and having diastasis in my tummy muscles, I definitely feel large for 4 months. It is what it is, I’m trying to eat well and take care of myself and just accept it.
This dress is not maternity, it actually was a size to big for me, but I realized it fits perfectly right now (for about a month or so!). It’s still chilly enough here to wear the leggings under it.
I think I’m starting to feel little flutters and it’s so sweet. It just melts my heart!
I used a Lilla Rose Hairband and twisted some hair back into the elastic part in the back, then pulled it to the side using a coordinating Flexi Clip.
What I Wore
Dress – Main Street Exchange
Cardigan – From a Stitch Fix Box I received
Leggings – Costco
Shoes – ThredUP
Flexi Clip and Hairband – Lilla Rose
Makeup – Younique
