I love ending my year with taking a look back on the year and how it went, and also looking forward and setting some goals for the new year. It’s a healthy habit to get into, as long as you are careful to not discourage yourself by setting goals that are unreachable.

If you currently wake up at 8:00 AM every morning, don’t expect to start waking up at 5:00 AM beginning in January. Set realistic goals and work towards them!

This year I wanted to offer you all a free goal planning printable, and asked my husband to make a simple printable to offer. He went way above and beyond what I was expecting, and I think you all will love this amazing The Best Year Ever printable that he came up with!

Best Year Ever Goal Planning Printables for evaluating how 2015 went, and what goals you want for 2016!

The Best Year Ever has categories to fill in where from a scale of 1-10 you rate how well you think last year went, write down your goals for the coming year in each category and what number you hope to obtain with them this year. You can even include a specific word you want to focus on for each category!

This would be a fun family project to do, or a great couple’s activity!

  1. This is a beautiful resource Caroline, thank you! I was planning to look for a goal setting printable today and this was waiting for me in my inbox this morning. May 2016 be a blessed year for you and your family! 🙂

  2. Caroline, this is absolutely gorgeous! I can’t tell you how much I enjoyed filling out a goal-setting sheet that was so pretty. I sat down during my kids’ quiet time the other day and filled out the whole thing. It gave me so much clarity and relief–and it also really fired me up for the new year (which is going to be crazy at our house!). Thanks for sharing, and tell your husband he did a fantastic job!
