I’m so delighted to invite you all to join me on a 30 Day challenge in September! It’s called A Better Day, A Better You.

Why am I making this challenge?

Because I need accountability. It’s as simple as that. And I know I’m not the only one.

A Better You, A Better Day 30 Day Challenge

This summer has been rough on my health. Late nights working on remodeling our house and eating pizza more nights than I can count has not been kind to me. My hormones are a mess right now. And the scale just keeps going higher.

*gulp*

I’ve never struggled with losing weight after a pregnancy until this one. I know my thyroid/adrenal/progesterone hormones all play a big factor in this, but so does eating healthy. And I’ve definitely not been eating healthy this summer.

I need to press the reset button before the holidays hit. So I’m inviting you to join me in September for this!

‘A Better Day, A Better You’ will consist will of three things.

Eat very little sugar for the month. 

Get in some sort of exercise 5 days a week. 

Get in God’s word each day. 

Don’t let that list overwhelm you. I’m a mom of six children and I don’t have time to spend and hour or more each day on exercise and in-depth Bible studies.

KISS – Keep It Super Simple will be what we try to implement during September. The more complicated you make these challenges, the easier it is fail. And we don’t want to fail at this!
