Tween Gift Guide For Girls!
Because I have two tween girls in my house right now, I thought it would be perfect to put together a Tween gift guide for girls since I could get a lot of input from them!
Buying for tweens is a lot of fun. I enjoy this age and think it’s fun to see their interests really blossom!

This backpack purse is adorable! Available in different colors at a good price! My girls are in love with this backpack.
Glow in the Dark Blanket
Such a great idea! I know my girls still like a little bit of light on in their rooms (we keep a diffuser going), so this is a fun way to do that!
Slippers
This is a traditional gift, but my 11 year old put it on her list this year! She always wants a new pair every Christmas.
Twinkle LightsÂ
I actually just bought this exact set of Twinkle lights and we all love them!! I have them hanging up over our kitchen sink mixed in some garland from Hearth and Home, but these would be adorable in a girls room. Carrianna has some lights in her room that she turns on everyday and loves them.
Paper Dolls
My girls still like paper dolls, and they think more than half of the fun is in cutting them out! I loved all the historical paper dolls from Tom Tierney when I was a tween, and my girls are the same way.
Headphones
These are on my 11 year old’s list. She has an old iPod that she listens to music on and she thinks these are really cute. 🙂

I love this Etsy store! Buy your daughter’s favorite book hero and frame it for her room. They have a Little Women banner set that I love!
Flexi Clip
A flexi clip is great for creating hairstyles that hold all day long! This Elise clip is my 11 year old daughter’s favorite. Grab the XS for a great stocking stuffer!
Grandma’s Attic SeriesÂ
I read this series growing up and now my girls are enjoying it as well! This is the first 4 books of her childhood, but the series continues into her growing up, teaching school and getting married. Very sweet stories that girls will love!
Scrunchie
I can’t believe I’m even putting this on a list, because you all know how much I love Flexi Clips! Yes, scrunchies are back, and while I’m kind of in denial (any homeschool girls remember the matching cotton jumpers and scrunchies?), my girls are in love with this velvet bow scrunchie.
Art Kit
My three oldest girls each have an art kit like this that they love! They use it all year long. They like to color while I read aloud to them.
Coloring BooksÂ
This Usborne drawing, doodling and coloring book has been a big hit here. It will last for quite awhile as there is so much to do!
My girls love the Lego Friends sets! Another good toy for quietly doing during read aloud time!
Girls love clothes! This maxi dress from Matilda Jane (found on Zulily) is so pretty!
Quilt SetÂ
What about the gift of a new look for their bedroom? I gave this quilt set to two of my girls for Christmas 2 years ago and they love it!

More Gift Guides
Interesting, the girls get the cheaper, more homely, necessary things. Whereas the boys get spoilt?
I just went with what my boys and girls expressed interest in. 🙂 We almost put American Girl Dolls down on the list (they each have one and they are not cheap!) but the girls decided against it.
I remember, I got star charts, a globe, and a good camera over the years.
One thing I love is my Bose Bluetooth Speaker. Wow, what a sound and I loved not needing to buy a radio when I left my parental home.
These are all good! And some of them are on the list at this house. (Also, she wants another American girl doll. Lol)
My girls love to pour over the American Girl catalog!! We have several dolls and two Bitty Babies. 🙂
