December is flying by, I can’t believe it’s less than 2 weeks before Christmas is here! Leave a comment and let me know if you have wrapped any presents yet. I have yet to wrap one gift. AHH! I need to get busy. 🙂

Plaid skirt with purple cardigan is a classic, basic outfit to wear!

I wore an outfit that I’ve had forever (well, it feels that way!). The skirt was from Kohls and is a nice basic skirt for colder weather. It was a wet, very rainy day outside so we took pictures inside.

The nativity set shown in this picture is one my mother in law bought for us our first year of marriage. It’s really special to me since we have had it from the beginning of our married life! The poor shepherd has had his head broken (a sure sign that children joined our family) but it’s been glued back on and the children are strictly told to look and not touch. They have a Little People nativity set that is just for them! 🙂

A natural makeup look that does not take long for busy moms to do!

I tried a new lipstick color for this picture, I like that it’s a brighter but deeper color for fall (it feels strange to say fall when it’s December!). It’s called Raspberry Malt and it can be found at L’BRI Pure and Natural.

We have one week of school left before we take 2 weeks off for Christmas break! I’m really looking forward to the break, and hoping to get goals and plans written down for the new year!

What I Wore

Cardigan ~ ThredUP

Cami – Similar to this Full Length Halftee

  1. I really like that outfit! for Christmas we do food gifts, so the wrapping means we just package them in nice tins:) i have yet to do that but I usually divvy up the goodies a few days before Christmas.

  2. I like the lipstick color, no I haven’t wrapped anything yet. My husbands birthday is this weekend so I need to start. It always seem to fly by, and then Christmas is here. My kids think it is going by to slow lol
