Modest Monday and a Link Up!
Thursday night Sean and I (along with baby Sophia!) went to a fundraiser dinner for our local pro-life woman’s clinic. They do an amazing job of helping women, giving choices and offering support. Our church provides a meal once a month for the parenting classes that these young girls get, and I was happy to go and support them. It was at a really nice venue, and we heard Dr. Tony Evans speak.
We were going to be gone long enough that I needed to bring along Sophia, as she would need to be fed. I needed to wear a nursing friendly outfit, so I ended up deciding that black is always safe for a nice evening out. 🙂 The skirt is a new one I bought on a rare shopping day out with my sister. She really wanted to buy one also, but told me if I bought it, she would make a pattern from it so we could both sew some more. It will be super easy to make!
I used a flower clip from Paparrazi Accessories to pull my hair back. I’ve not been wearing many necklaces as Sophia is pretty aggressive trying to grab anything she possibly can. 🙂
