I love fall time! The crisp air, the pumpkin recipes, hayrides, cardigans, and of course fall decorations!
I’m one of those people that decorates every year for fall. I first put up fall decor, and then closer to Thanksgiving I add in all my pilgrims.
Right now I have my mantel decorated for fall and I wanted to share it with you! I don’t consider myself to be amazing at decorating, but I enjoy trying. 🙂
Our mantel is a little harder for me to decorate because it’s quite long, and the fireplace is not centered. This used to be all red brick with a wood beam that had ugly orange colors to it. I painted the beam, white washed the brick and I love how it turned out!
I like the look of white pumpkins, but I went with what I already owned for this year.
Mirror – My step-mom gave me this mirror that she found at Home Goods. I love shopping there! You can find a similar type mirror here.
Candlestick Holders – I think these came from Kohls, I decided to try putting the velvet pumpkins on top of them this year for a change. Find some similar ones here.
Velvet Pumpkins – The velvet pumpkins are a favorite fall decor item, I won them a few years ago in a giveaway held on the Nester Blog. They were so expensive to purchase, but I just saw a tutorial on how to make velvet pumpkins. If you don’t want to make them, you can find some on Amazon here.
In Everything Give Thanks – Sean designed this printable PDF sign last year and I love decorating with it! I printed it off at the UPS store and found a frame at Hobby Lobby. You can find this print on our Etsy store here.
Squirrel – My mom found it at Lobby Lobby years ago.
I hope you enjoyed a little look at my fall mantel!
Don’t forget about our printable Gratitude Tree! It’s a great activity for a family, and so easy to print off and use.
