Modest Monday and a Link Up!

We had such a lovely day Sunday. It was our family Thanksgiving dinner on my husband’s side of the family. My husband preached an encouraging Thanksgiving sermon at church, then we headed down to his grandpa’s house. It is always nice to go there, as he lives on 100 acres. The children love running all over, and I like getting out of the city for awhile.

It was freezing cold! When we were on our way to church it was 18 degrees. Brrrr. I had no clue it was supposed to be quite so chilly. I endured the cold while taking the pictures because I had on some fleece lined leggings which kept me warm!

  1. Hi. Just wanted to say thanks for all the great modest outfit ideas. I’m quite a simple person and you’ve inspired me to dress nicer for my husband especially.
Was wondering though if you would be willing to share some ideas for everyday/at home/homeschooling outfits? I feel kind of like I dress dumpy at home because I am in doing homeschool, and outside a few times during the day doing hobby farm chores, yard work, and now out in the snow! So any ideas would be very appreciated.
