Tropical Traditions Coconut Oil-Review and Giveaway!

The past few years I have started using coconut oil in my kitchen. It has taken a little bit to get used to (I don’t like coconuts!) but now I really enjoy using the oil, largely in part to knowing how good it is for my family. I put in muffins, granola, and I even put it in brownies one time, and they tasted great! You can also use it to make your own deodorant!

I’ve tried several different oils, so I knew the general consistency of the oil. Tropical Traditions sent me a jar of Gold Label Virgin Coconut Oil to try. I am really amazed over how creamy and smooth the the oil is. Since it is unrefined, it does have the coconut smell to the oil, but it doesn’t seem to bother me like it used to.

I have heard amazing stories of health from using coconut oil. My friend even told me that it really helped her lose weight! While I don’t believe in singling out one product and claiming that it alone is the cure all, I definitely think coconut oil should be a staple in every kitchen! 6. I’ve recently been using coconut oil more often, as I am in the beginning/ middle stages of making my home more organic and natural. But I would also want to try the digestive enzymes since that was something I was suggested to start taking.
