February is here, and I admit I like February over January. It means one more month until spring! We had a warmer day yesterday, and even though it was a muddy mess at my mother in law’s farm it was a tease of what is coming! Mosiah went outside and was totally covered in mud by the end of the day. We had lunch at her house after church and celebrated her birthday.

It’s always windy where she lives, which makes taking pictures more challenging! I love this dress from Stitch Fix, it’s easy to nurse in with a Halftee, and really comfortable!

We are wrapping up four months of basketball this week. Our oldest has his tournament this week, and while my boys are sad the season is over, this mama is happy to see the busy schedule slow down next week! They were busy with basketball four days a week. It’s been especially good for Israel, he has really pushed himself to be healthier and even stopped drinking pop (not that we have it often, but he would buy it for himself when we were out at times).

I’ve lost so much hair after having Emily, my ponytail size for a flexi clip is now a small instead of a medium. I’m trying to decide if I should take Biotin, focus on my thyroid, give it time, cut my hair….or just do nothing. 🙂 Sean actually loves how it looks right now, so I’m having fun curling it with my Hot Tools curling iron for a different look.

I hope everyone has a great week!

  1. Hi Caroline. I love posting my links here and reading others’ articles too. I would love to add a button of Modest Mom to add to my blog but can’t see one. Do you have one somewhere? Blessings, Glenys

  2. Just wanted to chime in that the Biotin does indeed work! Also, thought I would share that if you do have a thyroid problem to check out Spirulina powder…it can heal thyroid problems! Bulk Herb Store sells a good one.
    Pretty dress:)
