Modest Monday and a Link Up!

Saturday we had a birthday party for our two girls (oldest and youngest daughters!) and myself. We had so much fun, and my husband and children totally spoiled me! My dad and step mom came in town on Friday and took all the children to the park to play for the afternoon. I was in a major cleaning mode all day Friday, and did a deep spring cleaning in the main living area. Talk about a big boost to my spirits! Now I just need to get the bedrooms done. 🙂

I wore this outfit for Easter Sunday. I thought about getting a brand new spring outfit, but I’m trying to not buy anything new that I adore until I shed some more baby weight. The cardigan was from my first Stitch Fix box and I’ve worn it quite a bit.

While we were at church Sunday, it snowed big flakes! Easter Sunday was definitely not the cheery spring day I was hoping for, but the sun eventually came out in the afternoon. What was your day like?

I’m cutting my hair this week! I’m ready for a new spring haircut, and I want a new fun look. I’m hoping it works out to cut 9 inches off, so I can donate it. My hair grows so fast, that I know I can just grow it out again if I don’t like it shorter.
