One of my favorite parts about winter clothes are the soft, warm sweaters! Cream sweaters are really nice because you can add just about any scarf to it. I have yet to try a blanket scarf, but these look nice and are on sale!

Sean and I went on a date night recently and went to one of my favorite shopping places, Marshalls! I found some fleece lined tights like the ones shown in this outfit, and I love them! While I normally wear these fleece lined leggings, I wanted to get some actual tights for when I want to wear them with something other than boots.

These boots are so cute! I also love the floral wraps. I’ve been sharing about how Jamberry Wraps work in my Facebook group, and I’m about ready to give some samples away for people to try! You can join here and get in on the fun. 🙂

My Favorite Things

I find blog posts and other fun things I would love to share with you all, but my husband said I can’t commit to another set blogging day just to share them! So I decided to add it on to this post! Hopefully you all will like it.

I watched this tutorial on how to do a messy bun recently, and I actually got it to work! This was amazing for me, since I’ve never been able to get a messy bun to work before. It really helped that my hair was slightly damp.

I read the first chapter of For The Love by Jen Hatmaker (I got her name right this time!). It was so good I even read it to my husband and texted pictures of some of it to my sister. It’s a must read!

Have you heard of Birchbox? It’s like the Ipsy box that I’ve mentioned on here before, but from what I’ve heard they send you more skincare samples and not as much makeup. I really enjoyed getting the Ipsy box, but they sent me so many eye liners that I stopped getting it. I’m not a huge eye liner girl. 🙂  I’m getting my first birchbox in February and I can’t wait to try it! It’s the same price as Ipsy ($10 a month).

I actually have a strange connection to Birchbox! The company that makes the boxes for Birchbox  also makes the boxes for Character Badges. I thought that was neat. 🙂

This article on recess was a good reminder of the importance of breaks, even in homeschooling days.

Once in awhile I’m able to offer a $20 credit to brand new customers at ThredUP. This is one of those times, so it’s a great time to try ThredUP out if you have been undecided about it! I love all the clothes I get there, and find so many great things for the children as well as myself.

Have a great weekend!
