I love gray skirts. I have one that is a staple in my closet. It really is a color that works well year round.
Classic Neutrals
Skirt ~ Top ~ Sandals ~ Earrings ~ Flexi Clip ~ Nail Polish
I have a pair of sandals similar to this pair that I like. Neutral colors like this look well on so many different skin types. I haven’t tried a neutral nail polish, but I like the look of that color!
Do you try to keep your nails polished in the summertime? What are your best tips for keeping nail polish on longer than a few days?

Hmm, I need more skirts in my wardrobe – I’m going to start looking for a gray one. I do almost always have my toenails painted, even in the winter when they are usually not visible. I use OPI nailpolish, which stays on a decent amount of time to me. I do a base coat, two coats of color and a top coat. From time to time, I re-apply a top coat. I rarely paint my finger nails anymore since they start to look terrible within days. Not worth the effort, in my opinion. I’ve gotten shellac on both my finger nails and toe nails. I’d say it lasts a good while, however I’m sure it’s terrible for your nails and starts to grow off and ends up looking bad and is hard to get off!
I’m late to the maxi skirt trend but I am loving them!
As for keeping nail polish on I LOVE Jamberry! No smudging or chipping, no smell and lasts so much longer with such fun designs!
I love the pink top. I bought a similar one in blue from Old Navy.
I always have my fingernails toenails painted. I give myself pedis and get manis, I get a gel shellac and it last for two weeks!
These are such pretty outfits that would work great postpartum, which I am now, as of two days ago! For these few days though, I am basically wearing tanks around the house for easy nursing access as baby is catching on to latching on! Love your blog!
