Guess what? Lilla Rose has a brand new shopping cart! The whole shopping experience is different, and I think it’s a lot easier. Instead of searching clips by different sizes, you just click on each image of the clip you like and all the sizes are shown there.
When they created a new shopping cart they upgraded their servers. Faithful shoppers with Lilla Rose knows that sales can sometimes be difficult to navigate, the website can get overloaded and it’s hard to get through. Well they clearly are testing the site and trying to fix the errors. :/ I’m SO sorry! That was the purpose of the sale, to see if it could hold up under a huge amount of traffic. Hopefully in a little bit it will be ok!
Now they have asked me to have you help me because of the number of problems I have had. It dumped my whole cart several times and won’t let me choose a shipping method. My concerns and their response is on their Facebook page.
Hi Caroline, I just tried again and everything finally worked from beginning to end. Just wish exchange on the Canadian dollar wasn’t such a killer but neither you nor I control that!
