Modest Monday and a Link Up!
Long time blog readers knows that I try to be pretty honest on my blog…I don’t like putting on a pretend front here on the blog. So here is an honest truth for this past week.
Our house is a wreck!
I feel like it’s been a slow gradual process of being getting to the point it’s at this past week. Seven slow weeks, since Emily was born. It’s a season, and I know it’s going to get better, but I’m trying to climb out of the mess. Even though I’m not a super organized or perfectionist person, I’m a much happier person when the house is clean!
I’m getting out all of the fall clothes from tubs and getting them washed, so that’s adding to our laundry. Sean and I spent all day Saturday working on the house, so there is improvement, but much more is needed this week. If we spent a solid day we could get the house back under control, but I’m nursing so much still that I can’t devote a solid day to cleaning.
So there is your honest truth from Caroline for the week. 😉
The weekend was cold, wet, and a little dreary. It was nice to pull out this floral maxi dress because it’s so comfortable and feminine. I can nurse in it as well, which is nice being able to wear it to church.
If you are needing a good floral dress for this fall and winter, we have a similar dress available for pre-order at Deborah & Co. I’m looking forward to getting it in stock!

I absolutely LOVE that fall colored maxi dress! I love the wrap style, and I wish more had longer sleeves!!! Burgundies and reds look good to match the fall leaves!
