Modest Monday and a Link Up!
It’s Christmas week y’all. Can you believe it??? I really can’t. And I also can’t believe I used the word y’all, as I’m not from the south. It just is fun to say (or write!) once in awhile. 😉
We are wrapping presents, having our annual Christmas baking day this week with family, and most importantly, we are on a two week school break!!! All of us really needed the break. I told the children we are sleeping in today to officially start the school break. 😉
You’ve probably seen this red floral maxi skirt on the blog before. I don’t have much red in my closet, but I like the colors of this skirt.
The layers in my hair are growing longer which makes a messy updo at times! Oh well. 🙂 I’m hoping to take the time to curl it over the holidays. I just need to get in the habit of regularly doing it, and glory hallelujah, the baby has slept through the night TWICE this week! Wahoo! What does that have to do with curling my hair? When I’m up four times a night with the baby, curling my hair is low on the survival list. 🙂 Hopefully she will keep sleeping better and I’ll wake up with amazing energy!

Your updo looks just fine, and you are doing a great job!! So thankful your sweet baby is sleeping better at night. 🙂 Thanks for your faithfulness to us here, and I hope you and your family have a Merry Christmas!
Thank you for taking the time to host the link up Caroline, and I hope your lovely baby sleeps through lots more over Christmas!
Thanks so much for hosting the link up! God bless!
Love the colors in your skirt and your hair is beautiful! As a southerner, I feel I should let you know that it’s y’all as it is a contraction for you all. ?
