Modest Monday and a Link Up!
This was another eventful week at the Allen household! Sean was riding his bike (just a regular bike, no motorcycle!) Wednesday and was in a bike crash. He really doesn’t know exactly what happened, but he passed out from hitting his head and had to go to the ER. He was given the option of stitches or liquid bandages on the gash on his head, and decided stitches didn’t sound fun. 🙂 He also fractured his wrist, so we are headed to an Orthopedic Doctor today to figure out how long he will be in a splint.
The children are going to be in Vacation Church School this week, and then we start our new school year next week. I have a crazy amount of planning to do before next week, and I’m hoping I get it done while they are gone in the mornings!
My sister and I went shopping for a girl night earlier this week. We had a fun night at JCPenny, and went to Sephoria to try makeup on, and of course hit the clearance rack of clothes! I got this new shirt, which is sleeveless but it goes great with this short sleeve sweater!
I’m wearing my favorite pearl headband from Lilla Rose, and dangle earrings from Deborah & Co.
What I Wore
Skirt – eShakti Skirt
Top – JCPenny
Sweater – Deborah & Co.
