Modest Monday and a Link Up!

It’s officially cold weather here in Missouri, so I’ve been trying to find all our boxes of winter clothes! I needed a new long sleeve blue top, so I was thankful to find a brand new  shirt on ThredUP in my favorite brand.

The skirt is a Lularoe maxi that I’ve had for a few years now. I’m sure long time blog readers remember seeing it.

I love this long necklace, it was a clearance find on JCPenny last year. It’s so versatile I can wear it with almost anything!

I’m wearing a pink flexi clip to try and draw out the pink in my skirt. 🙂

What I Wore

Skirt – LulaRoe

Shirt – St. John’s Bay Shirt

Vest – St. John’s Bay Quilted Vest

Necklace – JCPenny

Flexi Clip – Medium Clip from Lilla Rose

Headband – Lilla Rose

Link Up Time!

  1. Thanks for hosting this inspirational party. Have a lovely week!

  2. That shirt, vest and their colors look great on you!! I just switched out all of our family’s summer clothing for winter ones as well. It’s hard in the fall because some days the weather is still fairly warm, especially in the afternoon. In the fall husband and I joke about how we could have the heater on at night and the air conditioner on in the afternoon! In our part of the country you could have 85 degree days or a raging blizzard. In the midwest it can be unpredictable. Keeps it interesting I guess! 🙂 Have a good week!

  3. You look lovely as always. Thank you for this hosting–it helps me grow in confidence about my writing.

  4. Lovely outfit, Caroline. I’ve taken out a few of my cooler fall things, but it’s still shirt-sleeve weather during the day here in the Southwest. But we never know from one day to the next … or one hour. Like Katie I have used the heater at least one cold morning, but are still using the air conditioner every day. Thanks for hosting and have a great week!
