Modest Monday and a Link Up!

Black Maternity Dress

We have snow again! I know we are supposed to be content in all seasons, but I’m really looking forward to spring coming. I’m hoping it actually comes when the calendar says it is springtime. ๐Ÿ™‚

In other exciting news, It’s MARCH!!!! Baby month is here!! I honestly felt like this month would never get here. So excited to have safely made it, baby is doing great and I think my iron levels have gone up because I don’t feel like I’m going to drop over from fatigue every second.

Black Maxi Maternity Dress

Baby is low, I’m having the usual braxton hick contractions that I can have for weeks and weeks. Other than that, I’m settling in to just nest this month and see what happens. I don’t feel like it will be anytime soon. I’m not even quite ready, I have a long to do list of projects I want to finish, but I know the baby won’t wait for that. ๐Ÿ˜‰

Medium size flexi clip for a ponytail

I twisted the front of my hair and pulled it all back in a medium flexi clip. I was excited to see that beside the new clip Lilla Rose released for March, they also brought back some popular clips from last year, including the long awaited peacock clip!

March Flexi Clip Of the Month!

I love the new Opal Maltese clip! It’s a really elegant clip that will look great in so many different hair colors and hairstyles. It’s only available in March, while supplies last!

March Flexi Clip

Here are all the new clips that have just been brought back! The snowflake clip was extremely popular, as well as the peacock clip! You can find them at Lilla Rose here.

Modest Monday’s in March will vary, week by week. There might be a week or two where you just see the link up. I have a few blogging friends lined up at the end of March to share pictures. ย As I get closer I just might not feel like taking pictures, and I’m not going to stress about it. ๐Ÿ™‚ The link up will always be up every Monday though, there just might not be pictures.

What I Wore

Maternity DressZulily (I actually purchased it for my last pregnancy. I think it was called a Grecian style maternity dress! I obviously always layer it with a shirt underneath, or sometimes just a halftee).

  10. How exciting that baby month is here! Baby month for me is April, and I plan on doing nesting in the last part of this month (well, actual getting baby stuff out). Right now, I’m doing some decluttering etc. and working on potty training my 2 year old daughter! When you said that you have used a half tee with this style dress, I thought I would ask, if you have ever used a half tee with a dress like this for postpartum. Can you nurse relatively easy with a half tee under this style dress? I know it would be hard with a full cami, but I’ve been curious how a half tee would work. Have a blessed week!

How exciting that you are getting close! Yes I use a halftee to nurse in and love them! They are super easy to use. ๐Ÿ™‚
