Modest Monday and a Link Up!

You can still look feminine while you are pregnant! I found this dress in my bedroom Saturday night, and realized it had finally gotten washed and dried, and the children left it in my room for me. 🙂 I had purchased this dress from Zulily during my last pregnancy, and I’m not sure why it took me so long to wear it this time around!

This is the ultimate in comfort as far as maxi dresses go. It never wrinkles, even after I found it wadded up on my floor. 🙂 Since it is black, and how it is designed it seems to be more flattering than the last maternity maxi dress I wore.

A maternity maxi dress from Zulily, and a gap shirt and shoes from ThredUP! I love finding good deals for maternity clothes online!

The shoes and shirt came from ThredUP, a favorite place of mine to shop for gently used clothing. I was so excited to discover that they just added newborn-12 month size clothing! Perfect for shopping for the new baby! When you join as a new customer through this link you get a $10 credit, so you can get something almost free after shipping!

I curled my hair using Wrap Snap N Go rollers. They are so comfortable to sleep in, and take me about 5-10 minutes to put some mousse in my hair, and wrap my hair in them the night before I want curly hair. I’m not sure why I don’t take the time to do it more, I just need to get into the habit of it!

What I Wore

Maxi Dress – Zulily

(Greek Goddess Maternity Brand, I can’t seem to find it online anywhere now)

Shirt – Gap Maternity Long Sleeve Tee – ThredUP

Shoes – ThredUP

Headband – Pearl hair band from Lilla Rose

Earrings – Mialisa

Makeup – I was really tired, so the only thing I have on is some lip gloss from Cowgirl Dirt.

  1. I have just got to say you look stunning. An inspiration that pregnancy does not have to be at all frumpy. So serene!

  2. Thanks so much for hosting Caroline! You look lovely 🙂 Only a few more months, eh? Can’t wait to see pics of little bambino.

  3. You look fabulous in this outfit and it looks comfy too. Glad you found the dress before it was too late, lol.

  4. So excited for you to meet your little one 🙂 Such a special time. I noticed right away how pretty and healthy your hair looks! I think I’m going to have to try the rollers you mentioned.

    • They are so easy to use! I really like them, plus you are not sleeping on the hard plastic part that the old fashioned foam rollers have. 🙂

  5. So cute! Very flattering dress! I’m going to check out those rollers. I have stick straight hair that never holds a curl. Seems worth a try!

  6. You look beautiful–a good example of a modest pregnant woman. And you obviously don’t need make-up 🙂

  7. great link-ups and pretty dress!!!!! 🙂
