Happy New Year’s Eve!!! I can hardly believe that yet another year has flown by!
Once again it was a very busy day yesterday. By the time I got outside to snap these pictures, it was really dark. I thought my husband was going to stand in a different position so the trash can in the back would not be present, but alas, all the way around this is not a good picture.
Then we ran inside and snapped this:
What I Wore:

Cowlneck Sweater – Kohls (Two years ago)
Brown Boots – Thrift Store

I love the beadboard on your wall and the rose curtain! So pretty.
Caroline, this might sound strange, but it really blesses me that you’re “real” enough to post the outdoor photo
I think the outdoor picture shows off more detail in the skirt. I love the skirt based on that pic.
Nice outfit!
Regarding the red trash can, you’re just “keepin’ it real!” (smile) Thanks for the fashion pictures. I always look forward to them on Mondays!
Hi Caroline. I’m so excited to be a new subscriber. I’ve been scrolling through some of your previous posts and just love your Monday pics! I wasn’t raised to wear skirts but started to get convicted about it after my husband got saved and we talked about it a few years ago. When my son was born 3 years ago was when I decided to only wear skirts and dresses (hardly dresses due to breastfeeding). It really was/is hard because I wasn’t sure what to buy for my body-type, how to wear skirts when working outside, etc… It was more difficult than I’d imagined. Anyway, I bought quite a few skirts at goodwill when I first started but many are so unflattering. I think I am FINALLY understanding the best skirts for my body type and enjoy your pictures as inspiration of skirts in action. Thank you! That cordorouy one looks great!
I love how you post yourself in modest outfits. You make it look easy! Thanks for the tips!
Thanks for the lovely post & for hosting, & Happy New Year!
I’ve recently started writing for The Christian Home Magazine and love seeing your pictures each week!
